Gojira releases first single in four years; listen to “Another World”

Gojira returned after four years without new music with the single "Another World," which came with a music video. The song is their first since the album Magma , from 2016.

“Another World” will be part of the band's next album, which has been in production for some time. Although they haven't released any information about their upcoming studio work, the group shows with this new single that they will return to the sound of the excellent Magma .

Speaking about the track, vocalist and guitarist Joe Duplantier , who also produced it, offered a reflection: “As Ferdinand Magellan once said: 'It is with iron that we will embark on this daring adventure to begin the uncertain future without fear and conquer the unknown.' Is humanity doomed or will we survive the wrath of nature? Glimpse our uncertain future by watching our 1968 reinterpretation of Planet of the Apes .”
